Why would I need an Estate Sale?

This client decided to downsize and go in to a retirement home. We did a full estate sale, clean out and several donation drop offs. The property also needed minor repairs. With our clients approval we had the drywall done, flooring, some electrical and plumbing repairs before going on the market. 

These clients were referred to us. They were going through a difficult divorce, so we had to essentially mediate between two separate parties with different wants and needs. Going through items to donate, sell and move to prepare to put the home up for sale. We were able to negotiate with both the husband and wife's needs along with the buyer, so it was essentially a three-way transaction.

This particular client was in process of moving to Los Angeles and was also on the verge of foreclosure. Samantha and her team came in, helped sell and clean out the property. Most of our communication with this client was by phone as he moved to Los Angeles. We also hired the contractors with the client's approval to prepare the home to go on the market.   

This client was referred to us and reached out needing help. His mom passed away unexpectedly, and her house was full.  When my team and I began, we didn't just sell or donate items we handled everything from start to finish. From sorting, selling and donating belongings to clearing the property out, hiring contractors to do paint, flooring, and staging to sell the home. We even referred him to a few probate attorneys. This particular transaction was handled through the holidays, so our client was relieved to have our team step in and handle everything. 

These particular clients lived out of state and flew in to settle their brother's estate who abruptly passed away. They went through the items they wished to take and left the rest up to my team. This property was on the boarder of a hoarder situation, so it took time to sort, sell, donate and clean out the property. Once that was done my team hired contractors with approval from the clients and got to work relandscaping the front and backyard, redoing the flooring along with painting inside and out before putting this home up for sale. These clients were ecstatic with the renovations that were done especially since they did not need to fly back and take time off of work to deal with it.  This client reached out after having their mother pass away, needing help with selling, donating and cleaning out the property along with selling the home. Samantha and her team were able to accomplish this during the first few months of covid striking so it was a challenge and took a little longer than normal estate sale / real estate transactions, but we received multiple offers over asking and helped sell and/or donate the items prior to close of escrow.
